70% of the office workers work from home including 41% of the complete remote workers after Covid-19.

34% are highly satisfied (score = 9,10) as to the remote work, while 29% feel some concerns (score = 6 and below)

Working flexibility, relax mood and self-management are the reasons why they like the remote work

Environment (bothered by family, work environment), operational issues (approval), concentration are the main issues of the remote work

80% expect to have some remote work after the pandemic, including 20% who wish to have the total remote work

Sales / marketing and engineers prefer the remote work, while back office have higher ratio of people who wish to work at the office

Communication (advice, discussion) and environment (better concentration), paperwork are the major benefit of office work

No hassle of commuting, flexibility (time, work style) are considered as top motivations of remote work

This survey was conducted in July 2021 with 307 full-time office workers
