Online channels (websites, mobile apps) are used by nearly 80% to watch entertainment contents.
Korean contents are at No. 3 while Japan is at No. 6 in popularity. Although both being consumed/ experienced popularly by Vietnamese, Korean contents are liked more and can be recalled more than Japanese contents.
Among Korean contents, movies/ dramas are liked the most. In the case of Japan, that are movies and game shows.
Bi Rain and Aimer are respectively the most known singers from Korea and Japan.
Oshin (1983) is the most popular Japanese drama among Vietnamese while Descendants of the sun (2016) is the most recalled Korean drama.
