Food delivery become even more popular recently, especially food delivery app using. This report updates the trend in last 12 months and indicates popularity of delivery apps in Vietnam market.

83% of Vietnamese use food delivery services, up from 62% a year ago, which is a high increase.

77% of the food delivery users use online food delivery app

The top three food delivery apps are Grab, Now/ShopeeFood, and Baemin. While Grab is the most popular, Baemin gains teh market share rapidly with high satisfaction score.

The users are satisfied with "ease of ordering," "attitude of delivery staff," and "speed of delivery". They wish that the cos shipping cost could be lower.
