Vietnamese frequent shoppers consider price as the most important factor when choosing an EC service providers. According to that criterion, Shopee and Lazada are preferred the most.

Online penetration for Beauty/Health and Fashion is among the highest. EC/Social platform dependency for these categories are high.

Shopee is popular for purchasing Beauty, Fashion and Mom&Baby. The gioi di dong, Dienmayxanh, Bach Hoa Xanh are preferred by online shoppers when purchasing IT, Home Appliances and Food, respectively.
