Average spending per visit is 110,000 VND, with 1.6 people per group, 1.7 items per visit, and 63,000 VND per guest, indicating small, low-ticket transactions.

Orders are heavily drink-led, with 77% drink-only, 18.5% drink + food, and 4.5% food-only, confirming limited food attachment in most transactions.

Coffee and tea dominate consumption, accounting for 42% and 44% respectively, while other beverages represent 27%, highlighting a dual coffee–tea preference structure.

Food attachment increases spending significantly, with drink-only orders at 88,000 VND versus 162,000 VND for drink + food, nearly doubling total transaction value.

Solo visits account for 61–62% of traffic, while group visits (friends, couples, families) drive higher spending, reaching up to 180,000 VND per order and 3.12 items per visit.
