Q&Me surveyed urban Vietnamese aged 20–49 on the nutrients they pay attention to, the one they focus on most, the benefits they expect, and how they take them. The survey covers food versus supplements, recent interest, and nutrients parents want for children.

Vitamin C (72%) and calcium (66%) are the nutrients Vietnamese pay most attention to.

Protein is the top focus (25%), especially among men and people in their 20s.

Each nutrient has a clear job: calcium for bones, vitamin C for immunity.

Most nutrients come from everyday food; protein mainly from meat (90%) and eggs (82%).

Omega-3 stands out, with 62% taking it as a supplement alongside fish.

Parents prioritise calcium (81%) and DHA/omega-3 (74%) for their children’s nutrition.
