37% of respondents spend an average of 1-3 hours learning a foreign language, 20% spend 3-6 hours studying and more than 10% spend more than 10 hours a week.
Vietnamese people learn a foreign language for gaining a good job (60%), Job’s requirements (49%), and communicating with foreigners (44%).
Vietnamese people have a self-study habit of up to 44%, besides free online courses are also taken advantage of by 35% of participants, and the form of studying at the language center is indispensable with 29%
The most used foreign language learning apps are Duolingo, Cake, Elsa Speak and Busuu.
The most popular language centers are Ila, Vus, Ocean Edu and Apollo.
Japanese is the most interested foreign language in the future (37%), followed by Korean (36%) and Chinese (25%).
