“Work environment” and “salary” is by far the highest motivation among staff. The ratio of “skill development”, “promotion opportunity” are higher among leaders.
Differences in terms of “salary / benefit”, “work environment” “skill development” and “boss” creates the dissatisfaction.
The conditions of good boss are “listen to staff’s opinion” and “take care of the staff well”, while “treat staff unfairly” and “emotional behaviors” are the items which Vietnamese do not like.
About the “good company” condition, “good salary” is second to none, followed by “fair evaluation” and “communication with boss”.
