Tools usage increase considerably for remote work compared to before Coronavirus happens, especially messaging tools.
Zalo, Facebook Messenger, Skype and Viber are top messaging applications
Skype, Zoom, Google Hangout and Microsoft Teams are top web/video applications.
50% likes the remote work, while no more than 30% think that their performance is improved due to that. While they think it is more comfortable, some are not able to concentrate on it due to the family environment and lack of peer pressure. Also, some still require the office asset such as printer or paper around.
