THE JOB

We have our own web marketing service named Q&Me (https://qandme.net). The service has been running for 3 years and we need the engineer leader who could help us reach to the next level. The service has been available in Vietnam and we aim at expanding the service to other countries in 2018.

The candidate plays the central role to develop and manage our Web services. . He will manage the engineering team and report directly to CEO. The candidate is requested to have the engineering skills and management skills to lead the team and make the second-to-none service that woudl surprise the world.

We are looking for the one who is equipped with very high “never give-up” spirit and high insight of the latest technologies of the world, to make this web service unique in Asia.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 6-8 years of experience working at Web service or IT industry including 2-3 years of managing the team as the leader or manager (mandatory)
• High knowledge and interest in web service, big data and AI
• Familiar with PHP, MySQL, .NET
• Knowledge about networking and system infrastructure (we use AWS)
• Experiences working or managing the mobile app development
• Capability of thinking the service both from business and engineering perspective
• English capability (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Very high commitment to the company, with the high spirit of never-give up
