Step-by-step process?
1st step: Order online
Go to website www.tiki.vn, then sign in and choose the item. (I bought print paper for my office.)
2nd step: Check-out
Go to the check-out process to update the shipping info. Total cost can be seen in this page as the other e-commerce website.
About the logistic cost, Tiki has the price menu as following. This will become free in case the total amount is more than 150,000 VND in Ho Chi Minh and 250,000 in other cities.

3rd step: Payment option
Now the payment selection. Tiki has 3 payment methods – cash on delivery, internet banking and Visa/Master card. Due to the low penetration ratio of credit card, what is popular is cash on delivery, which I chose this time.
4th step: Waiting for delivery
After the order completes, the shipping status could be checked at Tiki site. It usually takes 2-3 working days in case of Ho Chi Minh. However, I did not get a call to confirm about my ordered item until the delivery. They just called me once they came to my office.
How is the delivery and open-the-box experience?
I received a phone call from the delivery staff when they arrived at my office. It was lucky because I was in the office at this time. They should have called me in prior to check if I was in.
I was asked to come down from the entrance to take care of the payment. I checked the item and paid the cash to him. Not sure why, but I was not asked to sign on their receipt.
